Mukuzani is made from 100% of Saperavi grape varieties. The vineyard is grown in the highly controlled microclimatic zone of Mukuzani. The harvest period is mid-September. After harvesting, the grapes are exhausted in oak barrels, and it will last 12 months. The taste is balanced with tannins, which adds harmony to French oak tones, aroma and black currant tones. Pair with roasted meats and salads.
